Greenhouse Equity Fund will invest equity in Minority Business Enterprises (“MBE”)–owned real estate developers who are focused on building affordable housing, targeting NJ markets. The returns will include the sale of single-family homes to eligible homebuyers and the rental revenues arising from affordable rental housing in the NJ urban and suburban markets.
